Our Services

Sponge Iron

Aryan Ispat and Power Pvt. Ltd. operates state-of-the-art sponge iron production facilities comprising 2 x 100 TPD and 1 x 350 TPD kilns. With a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and reliability, we deliver superior-grade sponge iron that meets the evolving demands of our customers. Our focus on operational excellence, sustainable practices, and customer-centric solutions ensures long-term partnerships built on trust and performance.

Power Generation

Our 18 MW captive power plant serves as a vital pillar of operational continuity, ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted power supply across all production units.

The power plant comprises a 12 MW Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) system and a 6 MW Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) unit, reflecting our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable operations.

Engineered with advanced boilers from Thermax and high-performance turbines from Siemens, the facility is designed for optimal performance, reduced emissions, and long-term reliability—supporting both our environmental goals and industrial efficiency.

Private Freight Terminal (PFT)

Aryan Ispat and Power Pvt. Ltd. boosts a private freight terminal (PFT) extending over 7 kilometers, strategically designed to optimize cargo movement and logistics efficiency. Our terminal enables smooth handling of both inbound and outbound cargo with minimal turnaround time.

Our facility is one of a kind within the East Coast Railway network, distinguished by its infrastructure and operational capacity. Capable of handling over 200 rakes per month, it plays a vital role in the seamless transportation of bulk commodities such as coal, iron ore, and other industrial materials.

Transportation

At Aryan Ispat and Power Pvt. Ltd., we operate a well-maintained and extensive fleet of trucks specialized in the transportation of coal across diverse geographical locations. Our logistics operations are designed to ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery, maintaining the highest standards of service reliability and regulatory compliance.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, our fleet is managed by experienced professionals and equipped with advanced tracking systems, enabling real-time monitoring and effective supply chain coordination.

Coal Benefication

Our state-of-the-art coal washery is equipped with cutting-edge beneficiation technology, offering an installed capacity of 0.72 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA).

Engineered to serve both captive and commercial requirements, our facility is dedicated to producing high-quality, clean coal that meets the stringent specifications of various industrial sectors, including power, steel, and cement.
